A seasoned Direct Support Professional, Carole has deep knowledge of the disability and recovery communities - including families. She is delighted to work with individuals and/or families to navigate the transitions they are facing.

Educators

Ms. Carlson developed a unique collaborative inquiry professional development process, as well as action research projects, for a technical assistance project for educators in Western Massachusetts. She would be delighted to consult with educators and school districts to develop something similar, or consult with them on action research projects for professional development.

Human Service Professionals

The Construct Your Path Coaching Program that Forward Brightly offers can be brought to your human service agency! We are happy to provide train-the-trainer workshops on the model to your staff or provide in-person workshops to your clients.

Carole is also happy to consult with your agency in regards to other professional development opportunities.
