Construct Your Path (CYP) supports individuals to construct a new career pathway or remodel their previous career to their new reality.  We do this through:

• The use of tools to explore their skills, aptitudes and passions to discover a new career identity,

• Providing individualized resources and guidance based on that discovery,

• Support through the process of constructing a career pathway.

Depending on individual unique pathways, at the end of the entire series of workshops and provided that all homework assigned is completed, participants will have:

• A detailed plan in place to build or remodel their career,

• Individualized tools and resources to help them on their path,

• Products such as a website, online portfolio or resume and template cover letter,

• A relationship map of their network, a plan to build that network and skills to leverage it, and, if needed, their college/training to career plan.
